Individual Private Training

Individual Private training is for those goalkeepers searching for individualized training with a Goalkeeper Coach. KeeperZone coaches train in very small groups of goalkeepers so that we may work on technical, tectical, physical, and mental abilities. The introduction of other players allows for more tactical decision making and competition within the training environment. A goalkeeper's first session with a KeeperZone coach will typically be on their own, they will then be placed with a small group of up to 2 other goalkeepers to train with. Training typically lasts one hour.

KeeperZone members will receive exclusive access to their own private section of the KeeperZone Website. Within this section, you will be able to track each session and access the training log and notes for each of those sessions.

Please note: KeeperZone policy requires at least one parent or guardian be in attendance during training.
